Why privacy matters to the business
Families will only preserve personal stories, photographs and relationships on a platform they trust. EternalBranches may also hold information about children, deceased relatives and family members who have not joined. Because families live across different states and countries, the rules can change from one market to another. Strong privacy protection therefore supports customer trust, investor confidence and responsible growth.

Users must be able to see, correct, download and remove their information, subject to the rights of other family members.

Children's profiles require guardian controls and tighter limits on public sharing, advertising and discovery.
AI is reserved for Phase 3
